As we approach almost a year in some form of lockdown many of us are overwhelmed, tired, some in our communities are dealing with pre-existing long term conditions and new non covid diagnoses as well as the impact of Covid. Our next zoom call, held on Tuesday 23rd February at 10.30 will focus on how individuals, teams and businesses can fall and indeed survive and thrive through this time and beyond.

We’ll be joined by Neil and Emily from Recovery Connections who will share a video tour with us and then participate in a short Q&A about their organisation and the impact of Covid-19.

As usual, you will then be given the opportunity to join a break out room of your choice to explore one idea/discussion further-

Breakout Room 1: "The Impact of Covid"- Hosted by Ian Allinson, Zero CovidIan will host a conversation about the direct impact of Covid on your organisation. How are you managing? Are you able to stay open?

Breakout Room 2: “Self Care When Caring for Others” - Hosted by Dr Raphael Adjani, Rainbow Mind. Rainbow Mind are a new service that aims to help anyone in the LGBTQI+ network facing mental health difficulties. Raphael will offer an opportunity to experience tender self care, Falling Awake meditation and playful reflective exploration.

Breakout Room 3: “The World We Want” - Hosted by representatives from the EqualCare Coop,  who will be sharing their experiences from the point of view of a co-op, and Co-operative UK Member, in the care sector during a global pandemic.
